Support Through the Journey of Cancer
For patients, survivors, caregivers, and families.
As a cancer survivor, I understand firsthand how deeply a cancer diagnosis can affect not only the person receiving it, but also the people who love and support them. This experience has inspired my passion for helping individuals and families navigate the emotional challenges, uncertainty, and life changes that can accompany cancer. My goal is to offer a compassionate, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they navigate their unique journeys.
“Beyond the diagnosis, there is a person who deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.”
Areas of Support

Coping with Diagnosis and Treatment: Developing healthy coping strategies for the emotional challenges of appointments, treatment decisions, and changes in daily life.
Survivorship and Life After Cancer: Processing the transition beyond treatment, fears of recurrence, changes in identity, and adjusting to a new sense of normal.
Relationships and Family Dynamics: Supporting communication, connection, and understanding between patients, partners, children, and loved ones.
Caregiver and Family Support: Making space for the emotional needs of those supporting someone with cancer, including the stress, helplessness, and exhaustion they may experience.
Self-Compassion and Resilience: Learning to honor your feelings, establish boundaries, and find moments of meaning, connection, and hope without feeling pressured to stay positive.
