Online therapy works much like in-person sessions, but from the comfort of your own home. We meet through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform where we can see and hear each other in real time. All you need is a quiet, private space, a stable internet connection, and a phone, tablet, or computer. Together, we’ll talk through your concerns, explore coping strategies, and work toward your goals—just as we would in an office setting. Many clients find online therapy convenient, flexible, and comforting, since it allows them to create a safe environment that feels right for them.

I offer in-person therapy sessions in a safe and supportive office setting. Meeting face-to-face allows us to build connection, explore your concerns, and work toward your goals in a private, compassionate space. Together, we’ll focus on understanding your experiences, developing coping strategies, and creating meaningful steps toward healing and growth.

I have a range of fees starting from $145 per 50 minute for individual sessions and $165 for couples. Sliding scale is available for those who qualify. We accept Aetna, United Healthcare/Optum and Motion Picture Optum insurance.

In your first appointment, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brings you to therapy. You’ll have the chance to share your goals, concerns, and any questions you may have. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your history and what support might be most helpful for you. Together, we’ll begin to create a plan for moving forward at a pace that feels comfortable. The first session is about building trust and making sure you feel safe, supported, and heard.

The length of therapy looks different for everyone. Some people find a few sessions helpful to work through a specific concern, while others choose longer-term support for deeper healing and growth. Together, we’ll regularly check in on your progress and goals, and therapy will continue for as long as you feel it is needed and helpful.

A Good Faith Estimate is a written notice that explains the expected cost of your therapy services. Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive this estimate before beginning treatment so you know what to expect. The estimate will outline session fees and any other potential costs, though it is not a bill and your actual costs may change depending on the length and frequency of your treatment. This helps ensure transparency and allows you to make informed decisions about your care.
